Kim has been in the title industry since 1988 and has experienced just about every aspect of the business, from processing to closing, to marketing and everything in between. Kim is also a licensed notary public and has been with Esquire Title Services since 2005.
Kathy began her career in the title industry in 2005 at Esquire Title Services after returning to the Central Florida area. For 15 years Kathy has been the first point of contact for our customers. She gathers the information to begin the title insurance process and always strives to make the customers feel like family.

Julie has over 30 years of experience in the title industry in the Seminole and Volusia County areas. She is a licensed title agent as well as a licensed notary public. It gives her great pleasure to let her buyers know that this is their last stop and when they leave our office, they are officially property owners. She feels the same for the sellers as they embark on pursuing their next dream home or property purchase. She and her family have resided in the Volusia County area since 1985.
Kim founded Esquire Title Services, Inc. in 1996 and is President of the company in addition to her law practice, Booker and Associates, P.A. Kim is a Volusia County native and a licensed Florida attorney since 1990. A graduate of Stetson University and Stetson University College of Law, Kim practices in the areas of real estate, land use, probate, family law and commercial litigation in addition to holding a Florida Real Estate license. She serves on the Board of Pinnacle Bank, Orange City, Florida and is a past member of the Board of the DeLand Chamber of Commerce.
Brenda has worked in the residential and commercial real estate field on the legal side of closings for more than 30 years. She is very familiar with title, mortgage, the closing process, and all aspects of the real estate field. Working in the legal side of real estate she gained much knowledge as to different aspects of title issues. She is a licensed notary public.
Originally from northern Indiana, Laura lived in Atlanta, Georgia for 12 years before moving to Florida in 2011. She worked for the Georgia Department of Natural Resources Parks Department for 10 years. After moving to Florida, she then went on to work in real estate and land development until joining the Esquire Title Services team in 2021 as the Post Closing Agent. Laura has two dogs and enjoys the beach and kayaking.
Pam has been a licensed title agent and licensed notary for over 25 years. She has seen many exciting changes in the title industry in the Central Florida area during that time. She is a Florida native. She takes great pride in helping buyers and sellers move through the closing process as easily and quickly as possible.
Randall Marshall is a Volusia County native. After attending the University of Florida and the University of Florida College of Law, he returned to the area and began practicing law in 1982. Currently, Randy is a sole practitioner at Marshall Law Office, P.A. His primary areas of practice include real property, probate and estate planning. Since 2005, Randy has been a partner and President of Esquire Title Services, Inc.
Active in the community, Randy has been a past president of the Orange City Chamber of Commerce, has served on the House Next Door Foundation Board and the Fish Memorial Hospital Foundation Board. He is presently Vice-Chairman of DuVall homes, Inc., Board of Trustees.
John Wanamaker, is a licensed real estate broker, designated CCIM and owner of Coldwell Banker Commercial AI Group, Inc. with extensive experience in commercial real estate transactions, development and commercial leasing.
Lynne was raised in Volusia county and is a graduate of DeLand High School. With over 30 years in the title insurance industry in Volusia County, she has adapted to all of the many changes our industry has gone experienced. She is a licensed title agent as well as a licensed notary public. She is happy to be a part of the Esquire Title Team and loves working at a company where customer service is the top priority.
Cheryl is the Manager and Closer of Esquire Titles Services. She has worked in the title industry since 1982 and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience with her to Esquire Title Services. She is a Florida native and has lived in the Volusia County area since 1972. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her amazing family and going to the beach.
